NEW! California Fork and Spoon – opening in early 2025
California Fork & Spoon, a new beach stand, will open next year to offer elevated California fare to beachgoers. Located on Brookhurst & Pacific Coast Highway, it will join the other seven beach stands dotted along Huntington Beach’s 10 miles of coastline and beach. Each beach stand has a distinct concept that’s unique to its location and offers events, live music, comedy shows, and more during the summer months.
NEW! Parlor Donuts – opening in early 2025
Artisanal layered doughnuts and coffee will be coming to the heart of downtown Huntington Beach in 2025.
NEW! Huntington's on the Pier - opening May 2025
Located halfway down the iconic Huntington Beach Pier, Huntington's on the Pier will take oceanfront dining to a new level with its 360° expansive ocean views and coastal fare. Surfing action will be livestreamed inside the restaurant from the Pier below with art from local artists showcased throughout the interior of the restaurant.
NEW! Cloud 9 Speakeasy at The Waterfront Beach Resort, a Hilton Hotel - opened winter 2025
Located on the 12th floor inside The Waterfront Beach Resort, Cloud 9 Speakeasy is a cozy, indoor lounge with unobstructed ocean views and delicious small bites. The pop-up speakeasy will be open for a limited time through February 2025.
NEW! IYKYK! Coffee – opened summer 2024
Known for its robot barista, EVA, IYKYK! serves up expertly crafted coffee classics alongside their own custom creations. The coffee bar also offers a collection of bagels, donuts, and pastries from the best local spots in Huntington Beach.

Jolie Restaurant and Rooftop – opened summer 2024

Paséa has opened a brand-new restaurant concept, Lōrea, as part of its $5-million culinary program renovation. Diners can enjoy locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted cocktails – all infused with a coastal California vibe.
