This stretch of sand sits along the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) between Goldenwest St. and Beach Blvd, and it’s a great chance to see professional surfers surf while you catch some sun. Huntington City Beach offers various amenities such: volleyball courts, bonfire pits, and of course the iconic Huntington Beach Pier spanning 1,850 feet in length. Our pier sits in the heart of Huntington Beach and allows visitors and locals alike to experience the breathtaking views amidst the sounds of crashing waves and the ocean breeze. Huntington City Beach Hours and Parking
Open from 5 am to 10 pm, City Beach provides ample parking in lots north and south of the Huntington Beach Pier for $2.00 per hour with a $15 daily maximum. There's also plenty of metered parking along Pacific Coast Highway. Please note parking rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Huntington City Beach Amenities
Here you'll find public restrooms, outdoor showers, wheelchair accessibility, Visitor Information Kiosk, beach volleyball, surfboard and bicycle rentals, RV camping October-May, paved beach path, and 100 beach bonfires available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fire rings begin in front of Pacific City (between First and Huntington streets) and dot the sand to the south. Pro tip: Arrive early to claim one during peak season.
