- There are numerous accredited surf schools to choose from all along the 10 miles of coastline, and they welcome surfers of all skill levels and all ages.
- Local tip: Surf lessons are better in the morning. Don't worry, wetsuits and boards are provided for you!

Back to Top of ListPlaygrounds - Huntington Central Park
- The recently built playground on the west side of Huntington Central Park is between the Disc Golf Course and Kathy May's Lakeview Cafe.
- It features tall climbing structures, tunnels, bridges, a jungle gym, and even a zipline.
- There's also a toddler-friendly area with a teeter-totter, small slide, and plenty of swings.
Playgrounds - All-Inclusive Playground at the Beach
- This pirate-themed playground was designed to provide accessibility and promote interactive play among children of all abilities.
- The entire playground is surfaced with rubber, as approved by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Accessible features include an AeroGlider, swings, monkey bars, slides, and a fake rock structure. There are also picnic benches available for a nice beachside picnic.
- The playground's official address is 913 Pacific Coast Highway - just north of the Huntington Beach Pier, and you can access it using the pathways from the parking areas and the beach bike path.
