“Huntington Beach’s first annual ‘12 Blocks of Cheer’ is a unified effort by local businesses, attractions, and hotels to highlight the best they have to offer our residents and nearby neighbors during the holiday season. The campaign encourages the support of local businesses operating during the pandemic by emphasizing the safety protocols in place to ensure a clean and fun visitor experience while adapting to changing restrictions accordingly,” said Kelly Miller, Visit Huntington Beach President & CEO.
“12 Blocks of Cheer celebrates the vibrant retail and restaurant community of Downtown Huntington Beach. It's a way for friends and families to make new traditions and safely share holiday cheer. With a multitude of outdoor dining patios, open-air marketplaces, and beautiful holiday decorations, Downtown HB is the place to shop, dine, and stay local this year," said Sarah Kruer, Huntington Beach Downtown Business Improvement District Executive Director.
While visiting Huntington Beach, physical distancing and appropriate face coverings are recommended for all activities. Learn how to travel responsibly and about the city-wide OneHB Clean & Safe Pledge, a voluntary commitment to the health and well-being of visitors, residents, and employees.
