The Surfrider Foundation is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans, waves, and beaches, for all people, through a powerful activist network. The North Orange County chapter is made up of Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and Seal Beach - the chapters merged in 2023 in order to better represent the communities and expand their outreach to the inland North Orange County area.

OC Coastkeeper

OC Coastkeeper's mission is to protect swimmable, drinkable, fishable water and promote watershed resilience throughout the Orange County region. They work collaboratively with diverse groups in the public and private sectors to achieve healthy, accessible, and sustainable water resources by implementing innovative, effective programs in education, advocacy, restoration, research, enforcement, and conservation.
