Nine organizations honored with the 2022 award, recognizing excellence in achievement in fostering strong workplace culture


Fired Up! Culture, a management consulting firm dedicated to workplace culture and leadership development, announces the winners of the 2022 Culture Achievement Award. 

Recipients of the 2022 Fired Up! Culture Achievement Award were selected based on the results of the Fired Up! Culture Index©, which provides in-depth insight into six key categories that drive culture, engagement, and performance in the workplace.

Nine organizations met the criteria to receive the recognition. Organizations represent industries spanning tourism, marketing services, executive recruitment, and real estate development. 


The 2022 Culture Achievement Award winners are Irving Convention & Visitors Bureau, PMB, Portent, R&A Marketing, SearchWide Global, Visit Huntington Beach, Visit Spokane, Visit Temecula Valley, and Zenatta Consulting


In addition, Visit Huntington Beach was recognized for Fired Up! Best in Class Workplace Culture for exceeding the benchmark, demonstrating exceptional leadership, and its commitment to philosophies and practices.
