The 2024 Surf City SPLASH is a fundraiser benefiting the North Orange County Surfrider Foundation. The event on Monday, January 1, 2024 includes:

• 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Surfrider special breakfast from Zack's

• 9 a.m.: Blowing of the Pu at the Pier Plaza Amphitheatre

• 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.: DJ music from LA Radio broadcast live on their station

• 10:15 a.m.: Announcements, recognition of sponsors and volunteers, speeches, and awards

• 10:45 a.m.: Appearances by City dignitaries and the HB Chamber of Commerce

• 11:15 a.m.: Costume contest judging and awards

• 11:45 a.m.: Water safety presentation by HB Lifeguards

• 12 p.m.: Participants line up on the sand for the SPLASH

• After the SPLASH: Announcement of raffle and auction winners!
