IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN. The time when Gray Whales migrate to the Huntington Beach coastline. During the Gray Whale migration, it is not uncommon to view Gray Whales from Surf City USA beach and Huntington Beach pier. The Gray Whale makes the most spectacular and longest mass migration of any marine mammal. Tens of thousands of gray whales migrate annually along the Huntington Beach coastline during the months of December, January, February, March, & April. And what better way to observe many Gray Whales just a couple of feet away from you? Newport Landing Whale Watching tours gives an experience of a lifetime. Sea why.

The whale watching cruises are offered several times daily during the migration. 5 or more gray whales can be viewed on single cruise making for excellent viewing opportunities.
