Get dirty and create memories at Adventure Playground, where kids can raft on a pond, navigate a rope bridge, go down a mud slide and build forts just like Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer.
Best suited for kids ages 5 to 12 years, Adventure Playground will open for Summer 2011 on June 20 and will close on August 12.
Children must wear closed toe tennis shoes and be prepared to get dirty. Adventure Playground staff recommend that parents bring a plastic bag and a change of clothing. A shower and changing area are available.
Admission is $3 per child. Adult chaperones are free.
Groups of 10 or more must make reservations by calling 714-536-5486 before June 20 or calling 714-842-7442 after June 20. Reservations will not be accepted for June 20 or August 14.
There is no age restriction, but children under 10 must have adult supervision.
Everyone must wear closed-toe tennis shoes. Children wearing water shoes, jellie shoes or or sandals will not be permitted to play.
