Kids can raft on a small pond, navigate a rope bridge, go down a mud slide or build forts at Adventure Playground, just like Huck Finn or Tom Sawyer. Children must wear tennis shoes and be prepared to get dirty. Adventure Playground staff recommend that parents bring a plastic bag and spare change of clothing. A shower and changing area are available.
Best suited for kids ages 5 to 12 years, Adventure Playground opens June 22, 2009 and closes August 13, 2009. Cost is $3 per child. Adults are free.

There is no age restriction, but children under 10 must have adult supervision.
Everyone must wear closed-toe tennis shoes. Children wearing water shoes, jellie shoes or or sandals will not be permitted to play.
