WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
At Salty Grom Surf Camp we have created a program that teaches basic and intermediate surfing skills in a fun and safe way. Our C.P.R. certified instructors are well experienced and knowledgeable about ocean life and safety. We all share a common love for the ocean and surfing in Huntington Beach, so we make it our goal to create a pleasurable ocean experience for future surfers. We offer 5 day camps during the summer months. Our low student to instructor ratio of less than 4:1 gives a new surfer the attention they need. If you are looking for an even more personal experience we also offer private lessons, group lessons, and weekend surf clubs.

ABOUT US
Salty Grom Surf Camp is dedicated to bringing the Huntington Beach community together one wave at a time. Opening shop in 2007, we have taught countless numbers of local families how to surf. For more than a decade, it has been our privilege to not only teach surfing, but also oceanography, coastal preservation, and surfing etiquette. Every single one of our instructors are up to date with current CPR and first aid certification through American Red Cross hands on training. We find the importance of having a qualified and competent instructor always within reach of your child.
Among our instructors, we employ a number of credentialed school teachers, current or former lifeguards, and a nurse.

We specialize in private lessons, week long surf camps, and large groups. We would love the opportunity to surf with you.
