For example, the 2014 Travel Spending Impact Study showed us that overall Huntington Beach hotel demand has steadily increased since 2011. Visitor volume increased 20%, while travel spending increased 26% from 2011 to 2013. Visit Huntington Beach generates approximately $40 million in travel spending, of which, $6.1 million is gauged to be lodging spending.
