An architectural landmark, the Huntington Beach Central Library & Cultural Center provides library and cultural services to the city of Huntington Beach, and is a perfect place for an afternoon of reading and browsing. The structure is also home to a world-class children's library, a large genealogy collection, gift shop and theater. Ongoing education and entertainment programs for children and adults, along with a rotating art exhibit, are presented throughout the year. Wi-fi internet access is free to the public throughout the library. Computer terminals with internet access are available for library card holders. Non-residents may obtain a library card for a fee.
