Central Park

A nature lover’s paradise, Huntington Beach Central Park is the largest and lushest park in Orange County. It even boasts the largest children's library west of the Mississippi.

Located just five miles from the pier, the 350-acre oasis beckons birders, tree huggers, runners, and bicyclists alike. Here you’ll find paved paths, dirt trails, and open fields hugging two lakes, as well as playgrounds, picnic areas, a “Secret Garden,” Shipley Nature Center, Disc Golf Course, Sports Complex, Equestrian Center, Dog Park, two dog-friendly lakeside restaurants, and so much more to explore.
