AVP Volleyball Tournament

May 4-7, 2017

Every year, the AVP (Association of Volleyball Professionals) brings together talented athletes for their popular AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, the longest running professional beach volleyball tour in the world. The tour runs from April through September, stopping in eight cities and attracting almost 250 professional beach volleyball players from across the United States.

The paired teams will compete over four days on beach courts next to the Huntington Beach Pier during the first AVP Beach Volleyball Tour stop in Huntington Beach on May 4-7, 2017. An estimated 30,000 spectators are expected to cheer on their hometown heroes and Olympic hopefuls and past medalists from stadium risers or courtside on the sand. Past winners include Misty May-Treanor, Kerri Walsh Jennings, April Ross, Karch Kiraly, Todd Rodgers, Phil Dalhauser, and local stars Jake Gibb and Casey Patterson.

Pack your sunscreen for this free event and enjoy giveaways from vendor and sponsor tents set up next to the courts. VIP tickets can be purchased online at
