Join Meg every Saturday morning at Farquhar Park for an all-ages/levels vinyasa flow class. Enjoy a mindful practice that focusses on connecting the breath, moving with ease and alignment; with modifications offered for the newer students, as well as the advanced yogis who are after a deeper practice and work out. Starting with the breathwork and setting intentions, you will find your inner strength while opening the body.
A kids class is also offered whilst you practice. Led by a fun and playful teacher, your kids will play games, learn about breathing and poses, body awareness, as well as gratitude. Giving your kids an overall sense of well being.
This is a donation-based yoga class, so feel free to donate during class, or via Venmo @megrambo. Donations happily accepted but not expected.
