As the first brand in California to make surf trunks, Katin was founded with custom boat shorts made from the same canvas fabric originally used for boat covers. Today, the surf shops remain a popular destination along Pacific Coast Highway to shop for surf gear, clothing, flannels, and of course surfboards.
