Bolsa Chica Interpretative Center

To gain a "big picture" perspective about the Bolsa Chica wetlands or simply get a souvenir, the Bolsa Chica Interpretative Center is a great place to visit. Managed by the Bolsa Chica Conservancy and staffed by a cadre of knowledgeable local volunteers, the facility contains numerous maps, educational exhibits and printed materials about this rare remaining coastal environment. A free Birder's Guide lists all the known bird species that have been observed in the area.
