Ten more courts grouped by two are between the pier and Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. Nets are also located at Huntington State Beach. The protocol is first-come first-serve, but the wait is never long.
These public courts/nets are a goldmine for serious competitors and novice fun-seekers in this mecca of beach volleyball. To start your own game, bring a ball from home or rent one from nearby beach concession stands. If you simply want to watch, there's plenty of action from the sidelines.
