Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy

The Huntington Beach Wetlands consist of 118 acres of vital wetlands habitat and are owned and managed by the community-based organization, Huntington Beach Wetlands Conservancy. The Conservancy's most fully restored wetlands area, Talbert Marsh off Brookhurst Street, protects 25 acres of salt marsh habitat and offers a short interpretive trail. The conservancy recently received a grant that will be used to build a new interpretive center, which is scheduled to open to the public in 2013.
