The Surfers' Hall of Fame honors legends of surfing with their handprints, footprints and signatures immortalized in the sidewalk in front of Huntington Surf & Sport, similar to Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

Like the Walk of Fame for Hollywood stars, this stretch of sidewalk located across the street from the Huntington Beach Pier next to Jack's Surfboards pays tribute to the immortals of surfing. An induction committee made up of approximately 80 international surf industry notables submits its choice for each of six categories: Surf Culture, Local Hero, Surf Pioneer, Surf Champion, Woman of the Year and Honor Roll.
