The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa's signature restaurant, The Californian, provides guests with creative cuisine in a dramatic setting overlooking the California Courtyard with its spectacular ocean views, vibrant reflecting pool, fountains, palm trees and lush gardens. The Californian serves contemporary Californian cuisine in a warm Southern Californian ambiance, complete with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings. It features a vast collection of high-end and boutique wines from California wineries. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant also boasts a private dining room for intimate gatherings.
Chef Adam Navidi (pictured) brings nearly 15 years of catering and menu development experience to The Californian. Trained in the art of dining at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone by Chef Jean Louis Palladin of the Watergate Hotel, Navidi has entertained President George W. Bush, Astronaut John Glenn, and film stars such as Jack Nicholson and Kevin Costner.
